Reviews mentioned a free car vacuum at this location, however there was none present, not even one that you can pay for, which is why I came. Employees were nice and the bathrooms were very clean. **my bad, they have ONE, and this lady was blocking it with her car

Absolutely ridiculous, the no touch bays are always closed. I've wasted countless trips (time and fuel) just to find out they are closed. I have showed more times to find the no touch bays closed then ive been able to get my truck washed. The worst part is im paying for an unlimited membership that I cant even used. I guess thats a good good business model for making money though, charging people for a membership that they cant even use.

This car wash always has bays closed. They have two soft touch and two touchless, and they always seem to have problems. I honestly think they close some of them because they’re too lazy to clean them.

Car wash has problems all the time. Paying 30$ a month and I can't even get a car wash when the temperature is nice out. Do better. Waited 20 minutes in line for the carwash to break and the other one hasn't worked for WEEKS.

I really liked going here for my car washes. It was pretty cheap, close to my home, and my kid loves the trifoam(rainbow, of course). But for some reason, this whole year. Every time I try to get a car wash. Both touchless is closed even though it was only 75 degrees or above when I go multiple times different days of the week. Or I punched in the code, but the wash doesn’t start. Or my most recent visit (today 11/02/2023), the dryer was off so I drove home with a wet car at 32 degrees…..good thing it the water didn’t freeze at this temperature yet (one touchless lane was closed, but both softgloss was open). I saw someone say something about how you can’t purchase the car wash at the entrance. You totally can, I’ve always done it. But if you go on Tuesdays, it’s buy one car wash, get one free. After all these things that happened this whole year, I’ll be looking at a different car wash place instead. Just very frustrating for me since I have a 4 month old, and a preschooler.
